Shipping Policy
SECTION 1 - WHERE DOES YOUNG GOOSE SHIP?
Young Goose offers worldwide shipping to many international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and many other international locations.
At this time, we do not ship to Spain.
If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact service@younggoose.com and we will be happy to assist.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING CARRIERS AND DELIVERY METHODS
Shipping options depend on your delivery location.
United States Shipping: Domestic orders within the United States are shipped primarily via FedEx. Shipping speed and service level are automatically selected at checkout based on your address and order details.
International Shipping: International orders are shipped via FedEx International. Transit times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing. All available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping option.
United States: Economy shipping typically takes 5–8 business days.
International Orders: International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process. You will see estimated delivery timelines during checkout.
SECTION 4 - FREE SHIPPING
Young Goose offers free domestic shipping within the United States for orders over $300.
Standard delivery time for free shipping is typically 5–8 business days, depending on order processing and shipping location.
SECTION 5 - EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer overnight shipping as an option during checkout.
Please note that overnight shipping may not be available for all locations. If the option does not appear at checkout, it is not available for your delivery address.
SECTION 6 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's delivery progress.

SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international shipments outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely between countries. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
SECTION 8 - UPDATING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at service@younggoose.com.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already shipped, we will attempt to coordinate a reroute with the carrier, though this cannot always be guaranteed.
SECTION 9 - LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order is lost or delayed in transit, the resolution process depends on whether Route Shipping Protection was selected.
Orders With Route Insurance: If you purchased Route protection, you can file a claim directly through Route at https://claims.route.com/ by entering your order number and email address to request a replacement.
Orders Without Route Insurance: If Route insurance was not selected, please contact our support team at service@younggoose.com. We will contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Please allow up to 15 days for resolution.
SECTION 10 - MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives with missing items or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible at service@younggoose.com.
If the wrong item was sent, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item after receiving the returned product. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.
SECTION 11 - PRODUCT EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product, you can initiate the process through our return portal at https://younggoose.returnlogic.com/. Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
Please note that items must be unopened and unused to qualify for an exchange.
If the new product costs more, you will pay the difference. If the new product costs less, we will refund the price difference.

SECTION 12 - PRODUCT RETURNS
You may initiate a return within 30 days of purchase through our return portal at https://younggoose.returnlogic.com/. Once your return request is created, you will have 45 days to send the items back.
Please note that items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return. Returns may take up to 3 weeks to process after we receive the product. Our return policy does not cover accidental damage caused by the customer.

SECTION 13 - PRE-ORDERS AND BACKORDERS
Pre-Orders: Items available for pre-order will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page.
Backorders: Backordered items will ship as soon as they return to stock. Customers will be notified if there are any delays.
SECTION 14 - SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT UPDATES
You can update your payment information directly through the Young Goose Subscription Portal. Simply log into your account and update your debit or credit card details to ensure uninterrupted subscription deliveries.
